PERMANENT REPAIR DUE WITHIN 8000 FLT HRS BY 47667.7 TAT,  PERFORMED PERMANET REPAIR BY EVALUATING 15EA DAMAGES FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS IAW REO 670-53-11-2335, REV-.   PERFORMED DRESSED BACK ON FOUR DENTS RESTORED SURFACE FINISH IAW SRM 51-42-02, 51-13-01, 51-41-02, 51-12-00, AND AMM 25-16-07, 23-22-05, 25-15-03, 31-51-01, 35-11-15, 21-23-95 AND 21-23-81.
