PILOT SIDE WINDOW POST, THE LOWER SUPPORT ASSY THAT IS BELOW THE SILL, IS CRACKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED PILOT SIDE WINDOW POST, THE LOWER SUPPORT ASSY THAT IS BELOW THE SILL REF. SRM 51-42-06 AND DWG 601R34032 REV. -V.  COMPLIED WITH SKYWEST TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.  CHECKS GOOD.
