MEASURED AREA ON F.S. 444.00 TO F.S 449.00 ORIGINAL IS 0.080" AND 0.055" REMAINING IS 0.076" AND 0.052"AREA FOUND TO BE WITHIN ALLOWABLE LIMITS. RESTORED SURFACE FINISH ON FLOOR SILL  IAW MHI RJ REO 601R-53-41-3402 REV-- 2026-02-12 MEASURED AREA ON F.S. 439.00 TO F.S 444.00 FOUND TO BE BEYOND ALLOWABLE LIMITS AREA WAS REPAIRED WITH MHIRJ REO 601R-53-41-3392 REV-- 2026-03-16. CIC WILL BE APPLIED ON WORK CARD 2530/ CP 31823245.
