RESTORED SURFACE FINISH ON FLOOR SILL IAW REO 601R-53-41-3402 REV-- 2026-02-12 MEASURED AREA ON BS 449 - 455 FOUND TO BE BEYOND ALLOWABLE LIMITS AREA WAS REPAIRED IAW REO 601R-53-41-3392 REV -.
