RECEIVED MLG DISAGREE MESSAGE AFTER TAKEOFF; RAN QRH, MLG SHOWING A DISAGREE OF LT MLG DURING RETRACTION PHASE,  QRH CALL FOR CYCLING GEAR. MESSAGE CLEARED AFTER EXTENDING GEAR, SHOWING 3 GREEN IN DOWN & LOCKED POSITION. RETURNED TO FIELD.  (FLIGHT 4669)  PERFORMED MULTIPLE MLG RETRACTION/EXTENSION CYCLES IAW AMM 32-33-00 & COULD NOT DUPLICATE MLG DISAGREE MESSAGE.  REMOVED LT MLG SIDESTAY IAW AMM 32-11-05 & FOUND MIDDLE PIVOT POINT CONNECTED TO LOCK LINK ASSY DIFFICULT TO PIVOT BY HAND. SUSPECT LT SIDESTAY ASSY THE CAUSE OF LG DISAGREE DUE TO COLD WEATHER IN MLI & STIFF PIVOTING AT ROOM TEMP. INSTALLED NEW LT SIDESTAY ASSY IAW TC 32-11-05-001-SKY-U MLG SIDE STAY INSTALL. OPS CHKS GOOD
