PAX DOOR HINGE ON THE DOOR SIDE 11TH, 12TH, 13TH, 16TH LUG LANDINGS FROM FWD SIDE OF HINGE ARE GOUGED.  REMOVED UNSERVICEABLE PAX DOOR HINGE ON THE DOOR SIDE AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE HINGE IAW SRM 52-10-31. C
