R & R IAW TC 27-530-809 (MRB 27-81-43-717), INSTALLED NEW UPPER FWD SEALED ROLLER ON LT SLAT TRACK 1-2 IAW AMM 27-81-43-400-801-A01, STEPS 1-4.B. (3). CLEARANCE CHKD GOOD.  PERFORMED OPS TEST OF THE SLAT SYS IAW AMM 27-50-00-710-801-A02. OPS CHK FAILED. SEE CAMP ITEM #32626013 FOR DEFECT RECTIFICATION.COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 27-530-809.
