LEFT WINDOW SHATTERED, IN CRUISE AT FL370,  HEARD A LOUD POP, FOLLOWED BY VISUALLY SEEING THE LT WINDOW CRACK AND THEN SHATTER ON AN OUTER LAYER. DELTA P 8.1, CABIN ALTITUDE 8100. NO PRESSURIZATION LOSSES. FOLLOWED QRH. (FLIGHT 5142)  REMOVED AND REPLACED LH WINDOW, WITH NEW UNIT IAW AMM 56-00-00. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. OPS CHECK OF LT WINDOW HEAT GOOD.
