IAW SRM 51-40-11, SRM 51-42-21, SRM 51-23-00 AND DWG CC670-38702, REV -F.  RESTORED FINISH TO REWORK AREA IAW SRM 51-25-01. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.
