## Discrepancy

FITTING ASSEMBLY COMMON TO BS 621 BULKHEAD, LBL 27, FLOORBEAM CAP HAS CORROSION ON TOP OTBD FLANGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE TEE FITTING IAW 51-42-06, 51-42-21, 51-42-22, 51-41-02, 51-40-11, 51-42-36, 51-45-00, 51-42-15, & 51-25-16.
