NOMINAL THICKNESS MEASURED 0.080", 53% MATERIAL LOSS. OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 53-00-00-101-001-A01. REMOVED LT BS 280 FLOORBEAM IAW SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01, SRM 51-42-13-001-001-A01, SRM 51-42-21-001-001-A01, AND SRM 51-42-22-001-001-A01. LOCATED AND DRILLED NEW BS 280 LT FLOORBEAM IAW SRM 51-40-11-001-001-A01. INSTALLED LT BS 280 FLOORBEAM IAW SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01, SRM 51-42-13-001-001-A01, SRM 51-42-21-001-001-A01, AND SRM 51-42-22-001-001-A01.
