FRAME AT BS 394, STR 23L CORRODED.   CUTAWAY CORRODED FRAME SECTOR AND PERFORMED SPLICE REPAIR AT SAME LOCATION USING NEW SERVICEABLE FRAME IAW  SRM 53-00-15, REPAIR 1.  PERFORMED PRESSURE LEAK TEST OF REPAIRED AREAS IAW SRM 51-23-01. LEAK TESTED GOOD.   MAJOR REPAIR. NO WEIGHT CHANGE. REFERENCE CONTINUATION CARD FOR DETAILS OF WORK PERFORMED.
