D, DATED 26-NOV-2009 AND REO 601R-53-51-741, REV.--, DATED 2026-05-28. ALL NDT'S COMPLIED WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND AT THIS TIME. COMPLETED TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY. REF. CP 32194801 FOR THE CROSSBEAM FREEZE PLUG INSTALLATION. REFERENCE CHILD CP 32270652 FOR EDDY CURRENT.
