RIGHT INBD FLAP VANE HAS 3 CHAFE LOCATIONS ON TOP L/E SKIN. PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR BY INSTALLING NEW SERVICEABLE INBD LE SKIN PANEL  AND NEW SERVICEABLE OB LEADING EDGE SKIN PANEL (P/N: 601R14303-44) ON RT INBD FLAP VANE IAW SRM 51-42-13.  INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE MID LEADING EDGE SKIN PANEL (P/N: 601R14303-52) ON THE RT INBD FLAP VANE IAW SRM 51-42-13.  INSTALLED SAME SERVICEABLE INBD FLAP VANE CLOSING RIB AND SERVICABLE PHENOLIC WEDGE ON THE RT INBD FLAP VANE IAW SRM 51-42-13 AND SRM 51-42-06.
