DURING REMOVAL OF THE FWD SERVICE DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE, FOUND BOTTOM LACINGS LOOSE FROM GIRT-BAR.  REPLACED FWD SERVICE DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE WITH A NEW SLIDE IAW AMM 25-65-01-400-801-A.
