DURING AUDIT OF 1C TASK CARD 57-580-302 (EXTERNAL ZONAL INSPECTION OF THE LT WING INBD FLAP, FLAP VANE, HINGE ARMS) FOUND A CHAFE ON THE FLAP VANE, LEADING EDGE AT CENTER OF VANE.  INSTALLED A NEW SACRIFICIAL CAP AT CENTER OF LT WING INBD FLAP VANE CAP P/N CC670-14022-1. IAW SRM 51-42-13-001-001-A01. AND DWG CC670-14010, REV F. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1002-SKY(CL600-2C10 MAJOR REPAIR. COMPLIED WITH WEIGHT STATEMENT, NO CHANGE IN WEIGHT.
