FS 280 BULKHEAD LEFT UPPER WEB CORRODED INBD SIDE AT WL 79.50.  EVALUATED THE BS 280 BULKHEAD LEFT UPPER WEB AND FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULKHEAD WEB IAW SRM 53-11-10-201-003-A01, REPAIR B, REV 38.  COMPLIED WITH ALL STEPS OF TASK CARD 51-900-1002-SKY.
