REPAIRED END FITTING AT LBL 27 BETWEEN BS 606.5 AND BS 621 IAW REO 601R-53-61-8509, REV--. COMPLIED WITH SKYWEST TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.  MAJOR REPAIR.
