EXISTING HOLE PATTERN OF BS 280 UPPER SPLICE STRAP WILL NOT LINE UP WITH NEW BS 280 CROSSBEAM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BS 280 UPPER SPLICE STRAP IAW SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01, 51-42-13-001-001-A01.
