## Discrepancy

LEFT TRU BAY FLOOR ANGLE AT BS 193 BENT AND GOUGED.  REPLACED DAMAGED THE LT TRU BAY FLOOR ANGLE WITH NEW FABRICATED ANGLE IAW SRM 51-42-06, & DWG 600-33101, REV R. COMPLIED WITH SKY CARD 51-900-1003-SKY. MAJOR REPAIR.
