LEFT WINDSHIELD HEAT CAUTION MESSAGE.   WINDSHIELD CRACKED A FEW MINUTES AFTER THE MESSAGE CAME ON. FLIGHT 4312.  LT WINDSHIELD REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW TASK CARD 56-220-1000-SKY, OPS CHKD GOOD, PRESSURIZATION CHKD GOOD.
