RIGHT WINDSHIELD DEVELOPED A CRACK AT FL 220 AFTER A RT WINDSHIELD HEAT MESSAGE.    FLIGHT 5128.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FO WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11-01 AND COMPLIED WITH STEPS 1-10 OF MIP TASK CARD 56-220-1000-SKY.
