## Discrepancy

DURING DOWN JACKING OF THE ACFT, THE TAIL JACK PAD FAILED MAKING CONTACT WITH THE FUSELAGE AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  COMPLIED WITH REPAIR TO DAMAGED AREA TO REAR FUSELAGE LOWER SKIN BETWEEN FR 92 - 93, STRINGERS 29L & 29R AT THE TAIL JACKING POINT IAW ETD 2026-170-017138 REV A, AND TI-170-26-139.  REF FOLLOWING CPS FOR WORK PERFORMED CP 33199527 NDT HFEC, CP 33199636 STR29LH STRINGER SPLICE, CP 33210025, CP 33216200 COLD WORKING OF DENT, CP 33216254 NDT HFEC OF LOWER SKIN, CP 33274204 SKIN DOUBLER INSTALLATION, CP 33278720 FRAME WEB INSTALLATION, CP 33283303 APPLICATION OF TOP COAT SEE ATTACHED TASK CARD 51-00-00-002-SKY-U STRUCTURAL MAJOR REPAIR.
