FLIGHT 4684,  INTEROGATED MDC , FOUND B1-349549  IN AIRCRAFT HISTORY  TROUBLESHOT IAW 36-21-01 INSPECTED LOOP ELEMENT, NO DEFECTS NOTED  INSPECTED DUCTING,  FOUND NO DEFECTS  REMOVED AND REPLACED LH COWL ANTI-ICE VALVE WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT AND NEW E-SEALS IAW CRJ 900 AMM 30-22-01 UPON REMOVAL OF VALVE, FOUND ONE OF THE E-SEALS TO BE MISSING  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE LT CAIV IAW AMM 30-22-01  OPS CHECK GOOD, NO LEAKS NOTED.
