NEITHER ENGINE WOULD MAKE TARGET TORQUE.  ABORTED TAKEOFF.  ADJUSTED TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER PERMANENT CONTROL.  IN SAN:  REINSPECTED LEFT AND RIGHT EGT SYSTEM.  FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS SET BY DSC SHEETS.
