## Discrepancy

VIBRATION ON CLIMB-OUT FROM SLC, FOUND RT PROPELLER DAMAGED, ALL ENGINE PARAMETERS WERE NORMAL FOR TAKEOFF AND CLIMB.  FOUND DAMAGED TO NR TWO BLADE TIP.  PROPELLER REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
