ON CLIMB-OUT GOT A NACELLE FLAP DISAGREEMENT.  RESET UNSUCCESSFUL.  RETURNED TO RDD.  REPLACED LEFT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR IAW EMB 120 MM 27-50-03.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
