LEFT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  RETURNED TO FIELD.  JACKED AIRCRAFT AND CYCLED GEAR WITH GROUND POWER AND GREEN SYSTEM ONLY.  FAULT FREE CYCLES.  SUSPECT SNOW AND SLUSH CONDITION TO BE THE FAULT.  GEAR OPERATION TESTED OK IAW MM 32.
