## Discrepancy

UNABLE TO APPLY NORMAL RIGHT RUDDER AFTER TAKEOFF.  LEFT RUDDER WORKED OK AND SYSTEM WORKED NORMALLY ON DESCENT.  REPLACED BLUE SYSTEM RUDDER ACTUATOR.  NO LEAKS NOTED.  GROUND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
