SERVICE DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMBOUT, NO AURAL WARNING.  RETURNED TO SEA.  FOUND OUTBOARD AFT FUEL DOOR LATCH UNLATCHED.  ADJUSTED AFT LATCH FOR MORE POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT.  RELATCHED FUEL DOORS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
