## Discrepancy

TORQUE AND NP FLUCTUATE INFLIGHT.  TORQUE PLUS OR MINUS 10 - 15 PERCENT, NP FLUCTUATES 5 - 7 PERCENT.  NO FUEL FLOW FLUCTUATIONS NOTED.  RIGHT ENGINE TAKEN TO FEATHER.  NORMAL LANDING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE PCU.  OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.  P/N ON:  782490-46, SN:  911041, S/N OFF:  860536.
