LEFT LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT MAIN GEAR OUTBOARD SEQUENCE VALVE IAW MM 32-32-07.  CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  P/N 120-32443-001
