PROP DEICE FAILURE IN BOTH CYCLES.  CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED.  FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES.  PROP STILL FAILED.  RETURNED TO LAX.  RAN DEICE SYSTEM IAW 20-10-00.  ALL CHECKS OK AT THIS TIME.
