AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZED.  QRH NO EFFECT.  RETURNED TO SLC.  PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT ON GROUND USING BOTH AUTO CONTROLLER NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO.  ALSO PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT IN MANUAL MODE.  SYSTEM OPERATES NORMAL IAW CRJ MM 21-31-00.
