## Discrepancy

ON INITIAL POWER APPLICATION LEFT TORQUE ONLY CAME UP TO APPROXIMATELY 25 PERCENT, RIGHT CAME UP NORMALLY. ABORTED TAKEOFF. RAN AIRCRAFT, ADVANCED BOTH ENGINES TO TAKEOFF POWER 6 TIMES. CHECKS NORMAL. VERIFIED EEC MANUAL REVERSION FOR OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT. BOTH ENGINES CHECK OK. REMOVED RIGGING DOOR, OPEN LEFT COWL (OUTBOARD), INSPECTED LEFT ENGINE POWER LEVER LINKAGES AND ATTACHMENTS FOR CONDITION AND SECURITY. CHECKS GOOD. RIG DOOR REINSTALLED. COWL SECURED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE SQUAWK.
