TAKEOFF CONFIG OK ADVISORY NOT ON.  AT 70 PERCENT THRUST TAKEOFF CONFIG SPOILERS WARNING COMES ON.  ABORTED TAKEOFF.  ADJUSTED RIGGING ON LEFT OUTBOARD FLIGHT SPOILER OUTBOARD PCU IAW MM 27-62-01.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.
