A/C WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.  TRIED MANUAL CONTROLLER.  STILL WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. LEFT PACK PRESSURE REGULATOR SHUT OFF VALVE LOW PRESSURE.  REPLACED PRESSURE REGULATOR AND SHUT OFF VALVE IAW 21-50-01.  P/N:  3214414-3, S/N ON:  693, S/N OFF:  949.  PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM IN AUTO/MAN IAW 21-30-00-501, PARAGRAPHS A-E.  FUNCTION CHECK OK.
