AIRCRAFT NOSE PITCHES DOWN ABNORMALLY FAST AND STEEP WHEN USING THE A/P ROCKER SWITCH TO NOSE DOWN.  NORMAL PITCH CHANGE WHEN ROCKING UP.  DEFERRED PER MEL 22-11-1, MC 021.
