RADIO ALTIMETER RECEIVED WITH DAMAGED SEALS . THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT ALL CARDS HAVE BEEN VARNISHED AND THAT THE UHF MODULE HAD BEEN BADLY REPAIRED, POOR WELD QUALITY, DAMAGED OSCILLATOR.
