## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE ON THE MIA - CWB ROUTE, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION ON ENGINE 2. DUE TO THE ABNORMAL OIL CONSUMPTION, THE FLIGHT CREW DECIDED TO DIVERT AND LAND AT MDE STATION FOR FURTHER INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE ACTION. DURING THE INSPECTION, THE OIL TUBE WAS FOUND FRACTURED DUE TO CHAFING, RESULTING IN AN OIL LEAK. THE REPLACEMENT TUBE IS CURRENTLY BEING PROCURED.
