REMOVED AND REPLACED EQUIPMENT COOLING FLOW CONTROL VALVE IAW B727MM 21-58-21, OP''S CHECK NORMAL.  PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION CHECK IAW B727MM 21-30-0, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
