AFTER TAKEOFF, UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE SYSTEM DUE FLOW CONTROL VALVES WEREN'T WORKING PROPERLY.  CHECKED FLOW CONTROL VALVES, CONNECTIONS, RESEATED C/B'S AND TESTED ON GROUND OK.
