## Discrepancy

NUMBER 3 ENGINE VERY SLOW TO ACCELERATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 3 ENGINE INTERSTAGE BLEED VALVE, ENGINE RUN-UP IAW MM CHAPTER 72-00, ALL PARAMETERS WERE NORMAL.
