ON TAXI DURING CONTROL CHECK, AILERONS WENT INTO MANUAL REVERSION AND SYSTEM PRESS 800 PSI.  ADJUSTED LT AND RT AILERON POWER BYPASS IAW DACO MM 27-5-2, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
