## Discrepancy

HYDRAULIC PUMPS WOULD NOT BYPASS.  REPAIRED SHORTED WIRE AT ENGINE NR 3 HYDRAULIC PUMP BYPASS, OPS CHECK FOUND NORMAL IAW MM 13-7-1 AND MM 29-1-7.
