PROCEEDED IN FLIGHT START JT3D CHECKLIST, NO RESPONSE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL CONTROL IAW MM 73-20-1, NO HELP.  PREPARED  AIRCRAFT FOR THREE ENGINE FERRY.
