STARTER GENERATOR, STARTER CONTINUES TO MOTOR ENGINE ON SHUT DOWN.  N1 STAYS AT 19 PERCENT WITH STARTER/GENERATOR ENGAGED, STARTER CUTS OUT WITH POWER INDUCED.  REMOVED AND REPLACE.
