## Discrepancy

INSPECTION OF FLAP CABLES AS OUTLINED IN MFG SB AS REQUIRED BY AD REVEALED THE LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP CABLE DEFECTIVE.  THE CABLE HAD STARTED TO UNWIND.
