3 TO 4 MINUTES AFTER LEVEL OFF AT FL230 THE RT WINDSHIELD INNER PLY DEVELOPED MULTIPLE CRACKS.  PILOT LANDED AT THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRFIELD.  DESCENT & LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.
