LEVELED OFF IN CRUISE AT 14000' STARTED CRUISE CHECKS AND NOTICED OIL PRESS ON NR 2 ENGINE AT 60 PSI.  PRESSURE EVENTUALLY DROPPED BELOW 60, SHUT DOWN ENGINE, MADE EMERGENCY LANDING IN BIL.
